Kelly Davis, now an Assistant Professor of Human Development and Family Sciences in the School of Social and Behavioral Health Sciences at Oregon State, describes the daily diary component of the Work, Family & Health Study. The daily diary approach was used to capture a glimpse into eight days of working parents and their adolescent children to understand how what happens at work one day can influence what happens at home with family members the same day.
