WFHN study finds a better night sleep boosts next day work performance, lessens work-to-family conflict

A study published in the journal Sleep Health provides evidence that not getting a good quality night of sleep can start a downward spiral that negatively impacts next day work performance, and trickles down to increase work-to-family conflict (WTFC).
