Having a supportive supervisor can lessen stress effects of work-to-family conflict

new WFHN study published in the Journal of Marriage and Family indicates that having a supportive supervisor can lessen the psychological and physical symptoms of stress that have been shown to result from work-to-family conflict (stress that can result when the demands from work interfere with family responsibilities).
